Feel like your non-profit is stuck in the past? Get right up to speed with my digital development programme for small charities.Book your place
If you feel like your charity lags behind when it comes to technology, you're not alone. In fact, only 56% of charities possess the skills required to truly take advantage of digital technology. To exacerbate matters, the same data shows that almost half of charity leaders do not see digital as relevant to their organisation.
Though this might appear shocking given how deeply embedded technology is in our daily lives, this data highlights an amazing opportunity for progressive charities to pull ahead in the areas they work.
My digital development programme is designed to give digitally-curious charities the opportunity to make technology finally work for them.
It can be hard to know where to start. The digital landscape is always shifting, and even those who work in technology can sometimes feel lost. The good news is that with a bit of guidance and by learning some key principles, you and your team can be fully equipped to finally tame digital.
My digital development programme for small charities goes back to basics. We'll examine your purpose and values, press on the problems you've faced with digital tech and build up an action plan that you can take forward into the future.

Luke Martin, Digital Marketing Manager
I have worked with dozens of small charities on various digital projects and have gleaned a great insight into their common challenges, as well as help them to overcome many. The coaching programme is 75% course materials, covering everything from the basics to more intermediate subjects, and 25% tailored to your specific needs. You can expect three sessions lasting at least 2 hours. These sessions will be delivered via Zoom and involve your key team members. The culmination of these sessions will be a takeaway action plan that you can put into practice to accelerate your charity's digital activities. To help and support with implementation, I make myself available to you over email for 3 months.
The fee is a fixed sum of £1,497+VAT, payable up-front. Once you have booked your place using the form on this page, I will be in touch to ask you a few discovery questions. You may change your mind any time prior to our first coaching session, at which point you will be entitled to a full refund.
This is a group coaching programme. The ideal environment will consist of 3-6 individuals. You might want to involve the CEO, the comms manager, a fundraiser, a trustee, or any other digitally-invested stakeholder.
The charity coaching programme is designed to transform the way you do digital and give you the tools and confidence that will last a lifetime. But the good stuff doesn't happen over night. You can lean on me for ongoing support, all covered by the coaching fee. I can advise on software tools, suppliers, internal processes, marketing decisions and act as a reflective voice when you're racked by indecision.
For several years ran I web design company called Charity Box. My intention from day one was to not only provide cost-effective web design services for small (<£1m/yr) charities, but to help up-skill them along the way. I could see so much opportunity, but many providers in the digital space cared more about delivering a service than transformation. Since working with charities I am very proud to make the following claims:
My focus is to dramatically upskill the UK's third sector to put our small charities in the digital driving seat. Are you in?Book your place
